YOUR ROLE

• Monitor daily activities in Factory to maintain smoothly operation & adapt production schedule on time
  
• Control & monitor KPI
  
• 5S, waste control followed standard requirement
  
• Production cost control & initiate for cost saving, continious improvement
  
• Regurlaly supervise and remind operators to follow Legal/SHE/SOP requirement
  
• Immediately report to Superior and SHE dept if any SHE issues, accidents in the area.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemical / mechanical engineering.
  
• At least 5 years working experience with 2-3 years in supervisor level.
  
• Has been working experience in chemical industry is highly preferred.
  
• Good command in English
  
• Willing to be based in Bien Hoa.
