YOUR ROLE

• Work with the team on the development and implementation of a brand-new graduate/trainee program, spanning across Europe for commercial talents
• Support accelerating our global talent development programs for senior leaders across Adhesive Technologies
• Gain insights into various other topics related to organizational excellence, such as strategy development, culture, (agile) project management, and organization design
• Take responsibility to steer and develop independent initiatives
• Bring in your creative ideas, analyze data and prepare decision papers for top management
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary and international environment with numerous interfaces to our business units and the HR function

YOUR SKILLS

• Student in business-related studies (e.g., international management, human resource management, business administration, organizational behavior, psychology, or similar)
• First practical experience by former internships and/or exposure to foreign cultures via semesters abroad are a plus
• Fluent English language skills are required, German language skills are an advantage
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Self-organized, team-oriented, and passionate about what you are doing
• Availability in 2023 for four to six months at our corporate headquarters in Düsseldorf

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-1960 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
