YOUR ROLE
- Be a part of the Strategic Program Office (SPO) team and ensure the success of strategic projects/programs & topics for Henkel dx
- Support sponsors & program leads in structure but also content related topics
- Work on ad-hoc requests
- Measure success and prepare KPI reporting for the dx management
- Prepare and plan senior stakeholder communication, decision papers, steering committees as well as collaboration with external partners
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent and non-hierarchical culture
- Execute selected digital projects with conceptual and executive responsibility (end-to-end)
- Exchange directly and daily with senior stakeholder in dx and their teams well as other Henkel Stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS
- Excellent master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, International Management or Business Administration with IT focus
- Experience with process industry or related field
- Previous experience in a technology/ IT related role combined with strong expertise in areas such as ERP (ECC, S/4), IT infrastructure & architecture, cloud, supply chain
- Proven track record in leading & structuring (implementation) projects/programs
- Proficiency with tools such as MS DevOps and MS-Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills as well as strong hands-on mentality
- Well-structured team player with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Fluency in English and German
