YOUR ROLE

• Leading to trade marketing team 
• Develops category and shopper activations (inc POS) in coordination with Sales & Marketing to be implemented in stores for all sales channels and to ensure that they are implemented in the field.
• Collaborates with Trade Marketing Heads, marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities
• Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication
• Coordinates and monitors the execution of related sales activities
• Collects and analyzes necessary information to identify opportunities
• Supports Trade Marketing teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives
• Steers excellence in implementation of innovations & launches

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 to 8 years of experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Team leadership and project management experience preferred
