YOUR ROLE
- Drive the automotive change to e-mobility by leading automotive innovation projects
- Steer and give guidance to the project team by creating and tracking project timings and resource plans
- Stand up for your project in front of the management team to report the status, KPIs and to highlight risks
- Guide the project team through challenging dynamic developments and ensure that changes are properly highlighted and considered
- Build your network within Henkel Adhesive Technologies to improve our project management
- Meet customers and colleagues at the collaborating plants (travel up to 30%)
- Drive project/business initiatives to foster best practice exchange and continuous improvement
YOUR SKILLS
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the business or chemical field
- You can show us that project management is your passion, based on your work experience and probably also certificates
- You are keen about automotive, and you already worked within this environment for a few years
- You are a great communicator who brings people together helping them focus on the right target
- You do, instead of thinking who can do it
- MS Office is part of your daily work life, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and MS Project
- We are a company with German roots, but you can find our adhesives everywhere, therefore you speak English fluent and German would be desirable
