- Oversees accurate financial records for the customer accounts
- Reconciles customer account balances, requests and follows up on corrections to be done with all related parties
- Works in close collaboration with sales teams
- Pushes collection to decrease overdue
- Prepares accounts receivable reports with aging, detailed reports for deep dive and presentations related with accounts receivable
- Follow up of collaterals
- Provides technical accounting advice within the area of expertise
- Supports business projects in own area of expertise
- Supports the implementation of new accounting requirements
- Coordination with relevant GBS+ teams for migrated activities
