YOUR ROLE

• As part of our innovation strategy team in Adhesive Technologies you will support the portfolio expansion opportunities at global level
  
• Idea generation and collection from diverse business units to support search field identification
  
• Data collection and analysis of both internal and external sources
  
• Organise and participate in workshops to refine search fields
  
• Prepare and follow up on decision documents and workshops
  
• Run AI assisted company target screening and processing to support company short list
• Develop necessary market analysis

YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully passed first semesters of a business, engineering or chemical study related Bachelor or Master
  
• First relevant practical experience – preferably in strategy, business development or product development department
• Fluent English is mandatory and German language skills is a plus
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical skills
  
• Self-driven and highly motivated

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-1960. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
