  • Drive profitable sales growth to outperform the market and competitors
  • Improve Henkel brands visibility and end-customer experience
  • Gain distribution of Henkel core range products across our key categories
  • Target white spot areas & onboard new customers
  • Support at customer trade shows / events / demo days
  • Carry out staff and customer product training with retailers
  • Working in partnership with customers to build Joint Business Plans that further strengthen Henkel brands such as Loctite, No More Nails, UniBond & Solvite both in store and on-line.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by close working across Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
  • Monitor and report on Henkel and customer KPI’s, provide improvement recommendations with regular reporting back to Henkel field sales manager & leadership team


  • Graduate calibre with good problem-solving ability and a high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence with numbers, able to draw conclusions and insight from data
  • With a strong level of numeracy and IT Skills (PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Having an ability to contribute within a multi-functional team-based environment.
  • A strong passion for sales and self-starter attitude.
  • Experience ideally 2 years within field sales environment
  • Demonstrable experience in sales and account management
  • Keen to learn with the potential to develop in role and progress within the business as part of a highly rewarding career.
