YOUR ROLE

  • Provide technical customer support for OES key account team focused on building technical approval and target key account
  • Drive technical support of top business projects including new products introduction from other regions and countries
  • Support channels independently including voice of customer, competitor activities and innovation pipeline scouting
  • Support OES for regional headquarter including troubleshooting, voice of customer, technology/innovation and regional approvals
  • Train and upskill local internal teams and stakeholders and develop training programs
  • Test and validate specification of Henkel technology to get global approval for Teroson/Loctite
  • Handle conversion into OES driven market and single customer development projects
  • Support application center and local market activation activities including translation
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Technical Customer Service and be a representative in global round table

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of five years work experience in Automotive or Collision Repair Industry is required
  • Good communication skill in English and Korean is required
