e-Commerce Key Account Manager (Home Care)

YOUR ROLE

     
  • Plan and implement sales promotional activities and strategies to grow sales and margins with key customers

  • Manage the relationship between Henkel and e-retailers, answering queries, resolving problems
  • Work in close cooperation with other sales channels, trade marketing and global e-commerce team to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
  • Follow profitability of e-commerce on responsible categories, providing proactive action plans in order to secure the profitability as well as stable growth
  • Execute brand strategies and ensuring key e-retailers
  • Directly report to e-commerce manager

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any study

  • Minimum 5(Five) of working experience in FMCG industry (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Experienced in e-commerce business or key account management or Trade Marketing
  • Understanding of Roles & Responsibilities of e-commerce Management
  • Business minded and customer oriented, self-motivated and high-performance behavior
  • Communication skills to build cross functional teamwork
  • Intermediate or advanced English communication skill
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  • Organizational, planning and prioritization skills
