The Strategic Business Unit General Industry (AG) offers a broad spectrum of standard industrial products used by many small and medium-sized companies from different industrial sectors. Henkel is the single source for superior adhesives, sealants, pre-treatment and coatings for the major appliance and durable goods industry. The company has developed a comprehensive range of products that deliver optimal performance while reducing manufacturing assembly costs. What we offer

  • Responsible for Korea AG(General Industry) GM(General Manufacturing) & MRO(Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) P/L target
  • Develop business foundation including channel coverage and target accounts
  • Develop team, and provide coaching Key dimensions
  • NES, GP%, BKK, and EBIT line responsibility, to achieve annually KP, further approach to ambitious targets
  • Develop new customers in Korea, penetrating into medium-small customers, with Loctite core range
  • Initiate channel development program, and lead team implement
  • Key accounts management, with selected Korea target accounts
  • 4 times of normal coaching team per month

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree related with in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanic or related study
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in GM(General Maintenance)/MRO(Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of leading team experience
  • Good time management, communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiating skills
  • Good English communication skill
