Key Account Manager (Home Care)

Henkel's Laundry sales team is responsible for our customer relationship management. They implement various strategies and techniques in order to achieve industrial sales and gain a competitive foothold in the market, while providing support by educating our partners on our product value. Through their success, they help steer the growth of the Henkel business.

What we offer

  • Developing annual business strategy of key customer
  • Providing of short & long term company sales strategy
  • Managing promotion efficiency every month, and setting the strategy for priority to maintain high efficiency

  • Planning ahead and provide an aggressive action plan for customer growth
  • Executing brand global strategies and ensuring by account
  • Cooperating with customer for category growth
  • Managing the relationship between Henkel and customer, answering queries, resolving problems

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of sales experience of Key account in FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience of HQ(headquarter) management with hyper market or chain super market
  • Excellent execution of maximize POS(Point of sale) strategies based on customer policy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
