Regional Business Development Manager (Electric Vehicles, Mobility)

YOUR ROLE

  • Execute the market segment strategy for E-Mobility in the APAC region aligned with the global Automotive Electronics SU strategy to accomplish the regional business unit financial goals
  • Be responsible for developing execution strategies for the E-Mobility market segment in the APAC region
  • Support the sales force by providing guidance and direction on market segment strategy and tactics for targeting applications and customers utilizing current and new products and technologies
  • Develop, in cooperation with sales, new account relationships and lead in heavy technical projects with long lead times
  • Execute & customize the strategy for product positioning and define training and promotional needs

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree preferred related with in Management, Engineering or Science
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of marketing experience in Automotive, Automotive Electronics, Electronic Materials
  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience in Automotive, Automotive Electronics, Electronic Materials
  • Have deep knowledge and skill of work experience in E-Mobility segment (Battery Packs, Power Conversion Components for Electric Vehicles) in a customer-facing sales, marketing or engineering capacity
  • Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
