Develop sales and business strategy that maximize the commercial opportunities in each accounts. Through regular business reviews, monitor his business performance of each account and competitors, and respond to changing market requirements to increase sales profitability. Lead from the front actively and aggressively sell Henkel's automotive industry related solutions. At all times, ensure the highest standard of products/services/technical supports to all existing and potential customers, and strengthen the content & delivery of the value proposition for each of the products/services.

What we offer

  • Reinforce key account management to achieve the sales and gross margin target
  • Maintain customer relationship and manage value selling activities
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate sales prices
  • Field sales area: all territory in Korea
  • Residential area: Seoul City or Gyeonggi province preferred

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Automotive related major
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in Electronics industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
